Just great. Simply the greatest hidden gem in Berks county for vintage antique and current plumbing supplies. Tom is a wealth of knowledge and the business there is very safety conscious which is a real pleasure during these times. If you have the opportunity or need to look for plumbing supplies strange quirky one-off plumbing supplies or parts this is the place to go give them a call.

I recently had work completed from Foster's for some major cracked pipes in my bathroom. I chose them because they were the most affordable company I received and estimate from(A-mass, Michael and Sons, Woodfin)The customer service rep was very nice and gave me an accurate time frame to expect the technician. Wayne and Lydia were great, they were thorough with examining the cracked pipes in my bathroom and gave me an initial estimate. Paul who actually replaced my pipes made sure to follow Wayne and Lydia's instructions. It was a big project but Paul did a great job, and now I have great brand new pipes. I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing needs.

I needed an old part for an old vertical toilet plunger that I could not find anywhere and Fosters had it, which is quite amazing! They also have great service. Highly recommended.

Sadly, I do not have a good review for Tom Foster. He's a very nice man, very even tempered and pleasant, but he isn't so good at showing up when he says he will, nor did he show up with the tools he needed on a regular basis. He forgot to show up on our first appt. Then after his 4th visit in which he turned off the gas to install the gas dryer, he couldn't figure out how to turn on the furnace (the directions were on the side of the unit). He left me without heat for 5 days in late October. He said he'd come back the next day or Monday. He did neither. Monday, I was huddled under a blanket trying to keep warm while working on the computer and my fingers were so cold they were numb. I called Tom twice, no answer. Friendly helpful. Had the part I needed in stock. I love that they are a small company that values customers. I will pass on the big plumbing supply and go to Foster's for my plumbing needs. Buy Local!
