Lost my business because of the DEI hire who answered the call in sales has ZERO phone manners, typical loud, arrogant, cocky attitude

Been here an hour and half and they have unloaded 1 row our dispatch scheduled our reload for 3 hours should have been plenty of time at this rate it won’t be now 2 hours in still not done 2 1/2 hours to get unloaded

Both in Indianapolis are quick, friendly, and helpful. However the one in Bloomington is a nightmare for a flatbed 18 to get into, you have to go through neighbors driveway go through back gate and basically do a u turn on a gravel drive way to get into it. Country Club drive is super busy and they don't care that you're a trucker.
