I can't express enough how amazing this company is. Tyler came up with a plan to fix my foundation issue by adding steel beams within 15 mins of being at my house. Then he investigated for 3 hours on how the work could be completed. And it worked!!! Plumbing had to be relocated in my crawl space around the new beams and it basically repaired my washing machine. My laundry used to be very loud and shake my whole house. Now it's silent. The steel beams closed up cracks I was getting as my kitchen was separating because of the lack of foundation. I was experiencing an area in my house that was slightly sagging compared to the rest of my house, and I called Foundation Crack Repair. They sent Tyler Baron to my house to take a look, and I am so happy they did! He looked under the house determining that the house was structurally sound and all beams level underneath, so he was just as puzzled as I was as to why I had a sagging issue, and he wanted to get to the bottom of it and figure out why. And Tyler took the time to solve the mystery! It turned out the original floor joists were different heights, differing by half an inch which was causing the sagging area, and that doing something to fix it wasn't urgent and could be fixed way down the line if we took up the hardwood floor and leveled the subfloor.
