Let me start by saying Foundation Experts LLC is the top foundation contractor in the business. From the moment i met Nick his expertise and thoroughness explaining the structural damage we had was great. His crew is top notch very professional, know what they are doing and completed the job in a timely manor. They are also the most clean construction crew i have ever worked with and clean up every day before they leave. Even my town inspector praised their work when he came for multiple inspections along the way. I recently had a serious issue with a crumbling foundation and a main support beam starting to pull out of the wall, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Foundation Experts LLC. When I first called, Nick—the owner—answered the phone even though he was on vacation. That alone says a lot about the kind of company this is. Their engineer sat down with my husband and I and discussed the perils of the french drain waterproofing systems that many of the unregulated and uninsured waterproofing contractors are installing. They did a great job for us. Another company did our neighbors basement and they are suing them. So do your homework and check with the town.
