A MONTH AFTER PAYING THE DEPOSIT THEY WALKED AWAY FROM THE CONTRACT WITH NO VALID REASON. I had a disappointing experience with this company. I contracted them to install an egress window on my basement. The contract included the engineering and permit process. A month after paying the deposit and signing the contract they called me to inform me that they will be dropping my project because the city was making too many comments on their drawings and it was taking too long to get it approved. I asked what were the city's comments, and the office manager didn't have an answer but promised to send those to me. The project manager would not even talk to me directly to explain. We contracted with Foundation King to repair a foundation stability problem arising in a home addition constructed a bit over twenty years ago. They won out over two other companies after an evaluation and estimate/proposal produced by Jeremy seemed easily the best option. Arrangements, updates, questions and more were well-handled by the friendly Michelle, and the work crew, supervised by project manager Eric and crew leader Ricardo, did an all-around excellent job. Of special note: the on-site leadership, both Ricardo and Eric, were superb at listening to our concerns and even occasional mild complaint, and responding appropriately. Ricardo and his crew did an amazing job replacing our existing egress window well. The communication before and during the project was excellent as they walked me through the plan before beginning and what to expect as it progressed. Once the job was complete they did a great job walking me through what to expect. I recommend Foundation King highly.

This is a company that stands by their work, if there is something wrong they will go out of their way to fix it and then triple check to make sure you are happy with their work and customer service. I can see why they’ve been in business so long, you don’t get far without treating your customers well like these guys! I had a great experience with Foundation Kings. We hired them to replace our window well and sump pump. Lalo and his crew were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They completed the job quickly yet throughly. Our well looks great and we know it is functioning properly. Definitely recommend Foundation Kings 😀
