Foundation Recovery Systems

Primarily dealt with Joshua Eaton, a little with Dawson but all were professional, Ty McCully, Austin Benton, Aaron Hernandez did a good job, were efficient and did a good clean up in my garage. Being as we just had a 12” snow fall I didn’t expect them to work but they did, leveled the garage, set up sump pump and “sister” joist a beam. They had a hard time breaking up frozen clumps of dirt, but stated if the ground doesn't settle well come spring they would return. All in all I would recommend Foundation Recovery Systems

Josh, Ty, and Aaron did a fabulous job. They did the crawl space leveling and didn't leave trash behind. They answered all our questions and walked us through the job they did. Very polite and friendly.

We had extensive cracking across a large driveway, the drive had sunk in several places allowing water to stand up against a retaining wall. We also had a 1/4 inch heave in a slab that was a tripping hazard at front door. Our concerns were preserving the driveway to avoid expensive replacement later, preventing tripping, and protecting the retaining walls stability. The initial contact, estimate, scheduling, day of and final result were all at a 5 star level. The driveway was raised about 1/2 inch at wall, then sealed, the heave is now flat , and had someone do a little work on wall where grout was missing. Feeling so good about having the work done by this group. Great job. Last 2 photos are after.

Go somewhere else! The salesman misjudged the type of system we would need for our foundation type, this had to be changed during installation at the last minute. They also sold us drilling weep holes into our foundation and a gutter system our home already had (which we didn’t know). In addition to misleading us on the entire system we needed we were mislead on information with the process. We were told to cover our items in our basement and then the workers would be using a ventilation system that vented dust out of the window (they didn’t do this). We bought the heaviest duty plastic we could find and put it up as the salesman said. When the workers showed up they were happy we had already covered things, we told them the salesman said to do that, apparently we didn’t have to. We verif

We were very pleased with Jordan and Alex’s work. Their communication with us was great. They kept us posted as to how the job was coming along. And we are very happy with the work that was done. It fixed our foundation issue and now our doors open and close smoothly once again. They did an excellent job. Thank you, foundation recovery systems!
