HORRIBLE, TRAUMATIC, RUSHED & UNSAFE, caused SEVERE DAMAGE to property and me: they only care about you signing the contract and getting your money. HVAC completely DESTROYED, twice, by FSM, needing significant repair and rebuild. NO HEAT for over a MONTH in winter, did not even respond to my messages. URGENT CARE: Their poor work landed me in urgent care due to mold vented into the home. DAMAGED SIDING and INSULATION: FSM cut a hole in my siding, leaving the insulation exposed for months (not resolved); DAMAGED FLOORING: FSM staff cut a large unnecessary hole in my floor (not resolved); FSM staff helped himself to what he wanted out of my yard, then entered my garage without permission, despite being banned from the property himself. Just completed my consultation for a crawl space encapsulation and driveway leveling with Charles C. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Project was completed when scheduled. Marco M., Noel G., John M. were the guys that completed our basement waterproofing. They were prompt, professional and hard working. They completed the job efficiently and turned out better than anticipated. Would definitely recommend their service. Before and after pictures. We had paneling up that had to be removed(reason for 2x4s). The installation was great. Which was completed the first week in January. April, after all the spring rain we had water coming in seeping up through where they did the trench and cracks in the concrete that they poured. I have left messages contacted the sales person and nobody has responded.
