Founders Kitchen and Bath

My cabinets had lifetime warranty before this company was sold to another company. The new company worked with me and still went above and beyond to take care of the cabinet issues. The tech Mario is the most amazing human being who went above and beyond to fix the issues. It's hard to find ethical people in this day and age and founders surprised me with their ethical dealing and care for my situation. Please give Mario a giant raise - he's a phenomenal tech (magician actually) and an even better human being.

We have used Founders for more than 15 years. They do an excellent job and stand by their work. Julie does a wonderful job with the design and making sure our layouts work in the field. The installers are top notch and very efficient. You get what you pay for with their cabinets.

I'm incredibly impressed with the professionalism, follow through and kindness of this team. I contacted them as something needed to taken care of which was under warranty. From the moment I started working with the team (specifically a person named Emily), I was met with responsiveness and fantastic communication. When I worked with the gentleman they sent out (Ezequiel), I was relieved and grateful to work with someone who arrived on time, was thorough, respected my requests, and provided honest feedback. He was lovely. I absolutely recommend working with this team.

We had a good experience meeting with two different individuals in the showroom for our home cabinets. Both these meetings we took a 1/2 day off from work to attend. In the last meeting we brought our designer with us to review selections and were told we would get a quote and plans within a few weeks. A few weeks went by and we received a quote but not plans. Once we received the quote, I reached out and requested "Can you please send “Priced as per attached 3D drawings.”" as noted in the quote. In the meeting our designer made a comment that we should consider looking at a custom cabinet maker for our home and I didn't think anything of it at the time. Founders planned and installed all cabinets in our new home, including the kitchen, the bars and 7 bathrooms. The sales person Shannon was very professional and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to measure and draw and revise to our fullest satisfaction. She made many trips to the worksite both before, during , and after the installation. The installation team, in particular the lead installer, Mario, was amazingly capable. They showed up each time at the time they said they were going to show up, finished everything, and offered to come back to redo something because they felt (not we felt) that it was not 100%.
