The water has never looked this clean or refreshing, and it stays that way week after week. I’m on their Platinum plan, and everything has been exactly what was explained from the start. No guessing and no surprise charges, just consistent service. I also get a post-visit report with the chemical readings and photos, which has been really helpful. I hired Founders Pool Services a few months ago. My pool had turned extremely green and later discovered that my pool wasn’t filtering properly and a few other issues. This company discovered and resolved the issues right away. They were extremely professional, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great customer service. I live in Avondale and had been using my pool builders monthly pool service since our pool was build. The service was frustrating, I had to clean and dose the pool myself between visits because they weren’t maintaining proper water chemistry or even emptying the filter baskets.
