We have never owned a pool before so I don’t have much to compare the entire process to, but overall Fountain Blue, their employees, and contractors provided a great experience and delivered an amazing pool in the time frame promised. I have heard horror stories about pool companies but after meeting with Diana I felt pretty confident with choosing them. Diana was very informative, she designed everything on a computer system so I knew exactly what to expect, she even came out to our house and flagged exactly where the pool and pavers would be. They have a showroom so you can see exactly what the materials look like also. The customer service of this company is top notch! From over the phone service to on-site visit. We have 2 amazing men who attends to our pool needs. Moreno, who does a great job and thoroughly clean our pool consistently every week. Mike, who has been so expertly helped us with our technical and mechanical issues. He explains everything simply that it wouldn’t be so hard for us to understand. If you’re looking for quality products and services, I would recommend this company. Moreno and Mike are two hardworking, experts, professionals courteous, friendly, and nice people.

We’ve been in our new home for about four months now and Fountain blue constructed our pool from the ground up. In addition to building a high quality pool, the services after build has been great, which is very important to us. In particular, our initial point of contact was Nate. Nate provided us with our initial orientation about the pool and systems and was very thorough in helping us to understand how to operate and keep the pool and system in good operating order. Because of Nate’s impeccable customer service skills and knowledge, we felt comfortable in adding additional features to our pool and Nate has been the primary installer and troubleshooter of those new features and beyond. We purchased our home with a pool that was not heated. Fountain Blue services our pool weekly and we hired them to install a pool heater with an automated system, that we can control with our phones. The process was more complicated than we thought, mostly due to permits required by the county and coordination with the utility company--Especially during the holidays. Thanks to Mike who is a manager, our pool is comfortably warm for our young grandchildren. Mike is a gem and a true asset to Fountain Blue Pools. He was professional, followed through, communicated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to get us up and running. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Joanna Potter as the designer. She is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her craft. We had a hard time getting pool companies to answer the phone until I got a hold of Joanna. She answered right away, explained everything carefully, helped us come up with a design we loved, worked around our budget and designed a beautiful pool for us. She was very patient and always answered our questions, even stepped in when issues came up. Yes there were some issues along the way but they did deliver an amazing pool to us within the timeframe they promised and in the end that’s what really matters.
