Fountain Craft

Fountain Craft has maintained the fountain in my community pond for the past few years. When the fountain needed maintenance, Fountain Craft took a shockingly long time to actually complete the repair. Last time, it took them three months! More recently, we have dealt with repeated delays, excuses, lies, and mistakes as they attempt to fix the fountain a second time. Any professional should know to check all potential problems and not assume that the one thing they found wrong must be the only problem. Instead, they would fix one little thing, still doesn't work, fix another thing, still doesn't work, and repeat, with weeks in between visits.
