We hired the Fountain Doctors to fix our fountain pump and lights in our front yard. The technicians arrived on time, very professional and were fast to fix the repairs. We did have a small issue with the rubber stopper/drain plug in the bottom of the basin after the technicians left. I reached out to the Fountain Doctors to let them know that the fountain was no longer holding water. They had someone out here the next day free of charge to fix the issue! Our fountain is now back to its original glory and more beautiful than ever! Great service! Highly recommend! Thanks again!

I don't want to leave a negative review. Here is my story. The company set up two fountains for me that another company had dropped off without setting up. They siliconed the cement pieces together and apparently are saying that the silicone work is waranteed for only 30 days. I paid 2k for a measly 30 day warranty! Anytime you call with an issue, you are told "I have to speak with the engineer or send your pictures to the engineer for review", I'm guessing this is the owner. The silicone on one fountain failed causing the top tiers to crash down and break. I texted them pictures. The work is not even a year old and all she said is they would charge a fee to come out and refused to give a quote! This guy is so dangerous. He ran me off the road on I four almost causing a major crash with other cars just so he could force his way over. I would not recommend somebody this dangerous to anybody.

I had them come and work on two of my fountains. Replacing float valves and a pump motor. I wasn’t home at the time of their work and after service noticed one float valve wasn’t auto shutting off and was over flowing the fountain. I contacted Andrea Barnes the customer service manager and was told it would be about two weeks to get someone over to look at it. I also asked them to inspect for a leak in the base of the fountain. Since it has a small leak. They didn’t fix the valve, made no mention of it in their report to me from the owner. Their owner Jannis Garrett just sent me a quote of $5500 to replace the base but did not mention the faulty float valve they installed. When no other business was willing to assist me with my quaint little 900 gal pond, Fountain Doctors stepped in. They are reliable and fair. They do an excellent job, small or large, and do it with a smile. I would give this company a high rating.
