Four Seasons Cleaning Services and Maintenance

I scheduled an appt with Four Seasons to give us a quote for monthly housecleaning services for my parents. Days prior to Yasmin's visit, my parents made the unexpected decision to downsize so their needs changed quickly to a full-service "get ready to sell" cleaning. Yasmin pivoted effortlessly. She walked through the home, explained all the cleaning steps, and gave us tips for staging and presentation. Yasmin was flexible and accommodated the quick turn-around schedule. She and her team beautifully prepared my parents' home for its photo shoot and they had an offer after the first showing. Thank you, Yasmin!

They were great but a one things should have been handled a different way. Mainly the kitchen. The cleaning was ok but my biggest issue was my cupboards were rearranged and one left empty without asking me if that works for me. Jasmine was very gentle letting me decide with the decluttering what I wanted to keep or donate. My bedroom looks great.
