Four Star replaced my 2 heat pumps last week. The entire process was very favorable, and the 4 installation techs, Mike, Mark, Devaughn, and Joe were excellent. Very courteous and professional.

Josh from Four Star Plumbing did an exceptional job installing the new water heater. He was very knowledgeable professional respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer a few questions I had. He explained how the new tankless system works and assisted in helping set up the app on my phone. Overall I am very pleased

This company was very responsive and communicated very well. Scheduling the service request was a breeze. The technician, Mark, was awesome! He had great customer service, answered all of my questions and was very informative, Though I was not happy that more work was required, I felt at ease and confident about having this company return to perform it. I would definitely recommend them if you want thorough service.

Matthew was great! He quickly assessed the problem and took care of it. After 2 days of trying to stay warm in unseasonably cold weather, the heat felt great! I would recommend 4 Star to friends & family.
