From the first contact with the receptionist my experience with 4 star was excellent. My water heater stopped working and they prioritized me and had someone come that afternoon. Derrick Hinkle was the tech and he was so knowledgeable and personable. He gave me an estimate and did the install the next day. I was very impressed by this company and will be using them in the future.

Four star plumbing did an amazing job they were prompting on time. James did an excellent job communicating with me. They replaced my hot water heater and all the multi valves throughout the unit on the toilet and sinks. James even helped replace or tape a showerhead when he did not have to.

We reached out to Four Star because the company was highly recommended by multiple friends. From the initial estimate to financing, installation, and clean up, the team at Four Star was extremely professional and great to work with. The entire process was efficient and could not have gone smoother. Happy with the product, the team, and everything in between. Highly recommend.

I hired Four Star Plumbing & Air Conditioning to come out and pump a sewer line, and they seemed to resolve the immediate issue that same day. That part was fine. But the real problem is what happened next. About 40 days later the exact same sewer issue came back, which clearly shows the original problem wasn’t properly fixed — it was only treated temporarily. When I reached out to them to have them warranty their work or to consider doing a complete repiping instead of just short-term fixes, they refused to honor any warranty. I offered to have them do a new repiping if they would stand behind the original service, but they still wouldn’t do it. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that didn’t actually solve the problem and then be told “too bad” when it fails again so soon.

Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning has got to be one of the best companies in Horry county South Carolina. The technicians that they sent to my home were highly proficient in their duties. You can tell that Corbin and Josh both had extensive training in Heating and Air conditioning.I highly recommend this company.
