Amazing! Called yesterday to replace a garbage disposal, given a price over the phone which I really appreciate, said I can even supply my own so it would be cheaper. Came out today, the guy was super nice! work done in 20 minutes, and 1/5 of the price I was quoted by Pro-tech. Very happy will definitely use again!

I just had a complete meltdown as I had sewage backing up into the master bath shower ! I first thought is was the septic backing up but it wasn't. I had a clog in the line. Called Four Towns Plumbing and they had someone at my house within 30 min and were not going to charge me the weekend rate but the weekday rate ! Ruben was fantastic! He came in and was able to clear the clog for me within minutes! When I asked what do I owe you , he smiled and said.. no charge.. I was shocked.. I said are you sure? He said yes Ma'am. Have a good rest of your weekend. To come out and save me like this on a Sat and not charge me since he was able to clear it without a snake is an honest plumber who knows what they are doing! professional, efficient, kind and honest! cant say it enough! I called and I explained I have a problem with my well pump and not receiving water in my house. The guy on the phone told me they work on well pumps and he can have somebody come out. They send Ruben who was a nice guy and understanding and explained where my problem could be but was not sure. He told me I need a well company to fix whatever is going on with my pump and pressure tank or whatever the issue is. I was charged 90 dollars which I feel I shouldn’t have been charged but I payed it anyways. I feel like I was mislead cause when I called my first question was do you work on well pumps. For the service tech to come out and say you need a well guy was pretty misleading

My wife and I needed some plumbing work at our newly renovated home. It’s so hard to find dependable tradesman and since we were going at this alone we didn’t want to have any issues. Very early in the demolition phase (roughly 10 months ago) we called this same company to do some minor work.
