Todd is one of the most caring guys I know, I called at 7 am and he was booked out and out of town working. I ended up having more trouble than I thought and called after 8 pm and he answered we did a little trouble shooting through photos. He said let me finish my dinner and I’ll stop by. I apologized for bothering so late and he simply said I don’t want something to happen to your family. Furnace was acting up and the carbon monoxide detector went off. Within an hour we were fixed up and ready to go again. Thank you again Todd! Your customer service is forever appreciated.

Todd came to fix my dryer, charged for a limit kit and found out later that its 20 bucks, didn't see any kit or him switch anything out, did a total of 20 min of labor, overcharges for milage even, I didn't make an appointment with him but he said was in town, as soon as he was payed he left quicker than when he walked in. Do not hire

Washing machine broke down. Todd came out to look at it and ordered the parts. I called him a month later to ask what the status of the repair was and he never called me back. A month after that, I ordered the part myself and fixed it on my own. It took me 3 days to do what he didn't in 2 months

I hired Tod to repair the pump in my girlfriend's washer. He ordered the parts and told me he would have it repaired in three days. I paid for the parts. Twenty two days later, it still isn't repaired. He will not answer his business phone for days. He will not return voice mails. He will not respond to texts promptly. Dealing with this company has been a constant frustration. I could have had a different business repair the washing machine in a fraction of the time, but I trusted him. That was a mistake.

Not very fast services, no communication from them. Been waiting almost two weeks now! During the summer my AC went out 100 degree days waited over 3 weeks!
