Bill is amazing at what he does! He’s very reliable, trustworthy, meticulous, does quality work and always over exceeds the task at hand. I’ve used Bill for numerous home renovation projects and he will continue to be my go-to ! I’ll simply give him a photo of my inspiration and he will work his magic and never disappoints. Bill and his crew just wrapped up a job at a house I’m putting up for sale, I am beyond impressed. I called a few contractors on a Friday evening, and let’s start with Bill being the only one to answer the phone. He started by telling me he is very busy, but would love to come check out the project to give me an estimate. He came THE NEXT DAY! SATURDAY! 7am! Had an estimate for all the work I wanted done by lunchtime the same day. I approved the estimate and he started working on the ripout THAT MONDAY! The work was to paint every interior wall in the house, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new counters. Took a few days longer than expected, but when I went to check on him I saw why. Unprofessional. Unfinished work. Damaged work and mistakes never fixed. House smelling like smoke. Didn’t cover furniture or anything and got paint all over my belongings. Dishonest. Not up front. Non-communicative. Give one quote then changed mind and gave another. I will revise to include PICTURES, my notes and messages between he and I. I will have pictures on my FB pages of the damages as well as on Google, Yelp and other review sites including the BBB, as I’m sure he will delete this post to keep his reviews at a 5 out of 5. Sad, sad. Then to come to find out from some realtor friends and friends of their friends whom I have shared this issue with stated that I should have never done business with him to begin with because he does shady business and left unfinished work in homes that
