Fox Countertops Omaha

Had new counter tops installed in may of 2025 and right away noticed the smudge spots on the surfaces throughout. I held back partial payment to get resolved. Finally the owner/manager Jeremy and manager at UGM warehouse came out to my house to look at it. After discussing it with them the UGM Manager said he would contact a person to see what they can do about it. I agreed with Jeremy on a handshake that he would take care of it and gave him final payment. To this day eight months later this has not been resolved. No one should have to look at this poor workmanship on a daily basis like we do. Fox counter tops has terrible customer service and once they have your money dont give a damn. I had another countertop person look at these smudges and said that its from poor workmanship at their
