Fox Custom Cabinets

Did our cabinets about 5 years ago. They still look perfect. Highly recommend. Will use again with new home build coming soon.

I needed cabinet doors made to match my existing doors. Fox Custom Cabinets was able to make doors that were VERY similar to my existing doors. The doors look great and I am very happy with how they turned out. The price was also very reasonable compared to other options I had looked into. I would recommend this business if anyone needs some cabinet doors made for their own house project.

I contracted with Fox to do a complete kitchen cabinet remodel and provided a scale drawing of what I wanted. Chris came out to measure everything and in a couple days provided me with a drawing of the new cabinets. I accepted the proposal and paid one half down and was told 6-8 weeks and we should have our new cabinets. I called around the 7th week and was given a delivery of the following Friday. Friday came and no cabinets came and no one called, then Monday and Tuesday were the same and my calls to Chris were not returned. Finally on Wednesday I called the office to find Chris had went on vacation. I expressed my displeasure at not being notified of the delay and was told my cabinets were made and would be delivered the next day but probably not installed until Friday. Thursday

I would love to give fox cabinets a 5 but I can’t. I can only rate them as average. Have used them twice in two different home remodels. First time as subcontractor with Kitchens redefined who must have helped pick up the slack in their services. This second time I dealt with them directly and although I am ok with how things turned out I am not wowed! They built a custom cabinet to ‘match’ my existing cabinets and although the new cabinet fits in and looks ok, I have no idea why they would think I wanted it built out of particle board rather than oak. My cabinets are white and I honestly didn’t notice the lack of wood grain until we started painting them. At the very least they could have made the doors out of solid wood or asked me what I wanted. Regretting that my builder used Fox Cabinets. Am wanting to add on to my current cabinetry done by Fox Cabinets but no one can be bothered to even come do an estimate. Go elsewhere.
