Fox Family Heating and Air Conditioning

Fox Family Heating and air is a great local company in rancho cordova that provides very good and economical HVAC service and tune ups. I have been using them for many years. Each time the tech who provided the service has been very good. My most recent visit was by Chase and he did an excellent job. He took the time to explain all the parts of my HVAC that were inspected and backed it up with good pictures of all the important components. He recommended some future fixes and gave me a good ball-park number of what AC replacements cost these days so I could better plan for the future. He was honest, open and diligent and I really appreciate the care taken. I will continue to patronize this company and highly recommend all of their staff. My cost was $0 (zero) due to the monthly membership

Zack Smith was AWESOME! He spent quality time doing a very thorough inspection of my heating system. He cleaned parts that needed TLC and explained, in detail with photos, what steps he took to ensure our home was safe. Great work Zack, thanks!! Fox Family Heating & Air have provided excellent service. They installed a new system last year and I have been very happy with the new system. Today, Jalen performed an annual inspection. He was very professional and provided me a good overview of his inspection. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent. I appreciate the great service.

I called Fox Family H&A for a quote. They were able to schedule an at-home appointment within the next few days. I had to call and reschedule and the rep was very friendly and accommodating, great customer service. When John came to our house, he was professional and respectful of my home. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all of my many many questions. He showed me photos of my rooftop unit and attic when explaining his recommendations. From what I can tell, this is a quality local company and I would recommend them the next time you need a quote.

Matthew installed my system about 6 months ago, and he came back last week to do the maintenance and inspect the system. I don’t even know what to say - i feel really lucky that i had Matthew be the one to install it. The installation is superb. The whole system is top notch, the wires/routing of the lines is so clean, like literally everything looks so CLEAN in my garage and this heat pump working so much better than my previous system. Matthew and his team got it installed so quickly and perfectly, the maintenance every 6 months is so smooth, (and my energy bill is also like way lower). You guys should do whatever you can to keep Matthew as part of this team. I’ve already had neighbors ask who did my install and I recommended them to fox family heating & air. Thank you Matthew, and t
