In my mind, it's not always just about how well a company does what you expect. It's how they handle problems that separate the great companies from the good ones. I could not be more impressed with Fox Forestry. We hired them to remove two large oak trees and other trees that had become hazards at our seasonal camp, along with some clean-up work. We were unable to be there for the work as we had already returned home to the midwest but were able to communicate well electronically. However, there was a miscommunication with the crew and the total work scheduled and performed was considerably more than originally discussed.
