I switched to Fox Fuel after a neighbor’s recommendation and couldn’t be happier. Customer service was excellent from the first call. With snow approaching, I wasn’t sure I had enough heating oil, but Rich was honest and helpful—and even moved my delivery up to Saturday when they were in the area. Fast, convenient, and genuinely caring service. Highly recommend!

All the staff , especially Wendy and Rich are amazing! They were very friendly, prompt with returning calls, kept us up to speed with truck being dispatched and recommended a great company to do some repairs on our tank. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Fox Fuel has friendly customer service. Talked with them for setting up delivery and answered all my questions. The truck came out the same week and filled up my 3 tanks. The delivery driver was polite, friendly and efficient. Was very happy with overall service provided.
