Worked with Josh on a leak in my home and he did a great job! He was on time, friendly, explained things in a way that made sense to me, and gave me a fair estimate. When he returned to do the work the next week they made as minimal mess as possible, cleaned up well, explained the work to me, and when the work ended up being a bit more intensive they intended they still completed it well and timely. I would definitely call them again and request Josh, I appreciated his honestly, friendliness and well-done work!

My building contractor used Fox when my home was built. For the most part they did a good job. I do have some rattling in the ceiling above the instant water heater but nothing too bad. Except for this ... Where they dropped the ball was when they installed my stove vent into the ceiling above my kitchen. Shortly after moving in, the roof began to leak around the vent. They sent somebody out to remedy the problem with a tube of caulk. Needless to say that was a short term solution to get them through the warranty period. The leak started again this past spring after the warranty expired. Instead of properly fixing it, they kicked the can down the road avoiding liability. I just payed a roofer $1200 to clean up their mess. Not cool.

Due to a landscaping project we needed our AC unit disconnected and reconnected. Fox Heating, Cooling & Plumbing were available within the week at both visits, didn’t have to wait. The service was very professional, communicative, and friendly. We will definitely use them again.
