I called them for help with my car and the initial lady hung up on me and Every time I tried calling back I got sent to voicemail. When a guy finally answered he had nothing but attitude and told me if I was gonna be upset (about getting hung up on and ignored) that I should call someone else, and I so I did. Terrible service. Reccommend J and L Pacific Lock and keys over this company to anybody in the Willamette Region, its like the owners dont care about having business, oh well they missed out on $.

Locked keys in car with it running. Called AAA. They sent Fox out to help. Technician they sent (Brady, i believe) was very professional, nice and super fast. Unlocked my car in less than 30 seconds.

Ive been helped by this company many times to get our work vans new keys or just lock outs, super nice, fair pricing.

I had to get keys made and they bent the plastic on my instrument panel ( see picture). I had found my key and they still couldn't make me any keys. All telephone conversations were rushed and at no point did they say there was a $75 service call fee. So if you want your car jacked up and to pay these people $125 for not doing the job you ask them to then give them a call. 2 Thumbs down. Marry Christmas to you and thanks for nothing.
