Shane made the process as seamless as possible. Evan and Shane explained the process in great detail. The workmanship was fantastic. The team who did the work was on time and worked until late and cleaned up after their work. Extremely happy with the whole process.

We hired Fox Roofing to put on Hardie board and cedar shake siding on our house, and they really exceeded our expectations. We’ve used them before—five years ago for our roof—and they’ve been great both times. The crew is super skilled, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. They were friendly, respectful, and listened carefully to what we wanted. Overall, they’re very professional. This winter was pretty rough—cold, wet weather—and they still worked hard through it, even around the holidays, to get everything done in a timely manner. The siding looks fantastic, and even though it’s a pricey material, we feel like we got great value for what we paid. After they finished, we felt really good about the whole experience. Getting a roof is stressful. I had a wonderful experience at the time of sale but feel that the communication could have been better from the project management team. All in all, it was a good experience. And I would recommend. Shane and Ryan were great. Oh. And probly a good idea to get hotel while getting the work done.

Just had my roof done, here in Richland, Wa with Fox Roofing. Even though the communication with Fox Roofing was less than desirable, the professionalism and workmanship of the installation team was fantastic. The quality of product and warranty is top-notch. The project was not without turbulence, but once the communication occurred there was a willingness to see me happy and we landed on a fair outcome. It’s unfortunate that I have to give 3 stars, because if communication was a little better at the start, I could have easily provided a 5 star review. I’m glad the roof is done and it looks great!!! They did it in only 4 days.

100% satisfied with the experience of working with Fox Roofing. Everybody was great. Tanner the canvasser and Joe the estimator were very polite and not pushy. They were fairly priced and have great warranties. 50 years! Communication with Tammy and Shane couldn't have been better. Communication with the crew wasn't the best (language barrier) but when the foreman arrived it was much better. Their quality of work was awesome and roof looks great!
