I called after hours on Tuesday, expecting to leave a message. To my surprise the phone was answered right away and we were able to schedule for the following Monday. Communication was excellent and when they found themselves in Sneedville on another matter that Friday night, called to ask if we wanted to go ahead and have our septic serviced early. They were professional, reasonably priced and an all-around pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend! We will definitely use them for our septic needs in the future.

I can not praise these guys enough! Five Stars does not do them justice! Super Friendly, Super Fast, Super Efficient! Sunday night our toilet started backing up, a quick facebook message and they called us back and was able to get out to us in a couple days to empty our septic tank. Thank you Fox Septic Service! Fox Septic relief had excellent service from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and they left the area clean when they were finished. It’s hard to find reliable septic service, but these guys definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Fox Septic Service showed up for us on a Sunday, in snowy, icy conditions, when most businesses wouldn’t even answer the phone. They couldn’t safely get their large truck down to our septic system because the ground was completely covered in snow and ice — so instead of turning us away, they came in a regular truck and literally brought shovels and did everything they could just to get to the problem. That alone speaks volumes. They came back out a few days later when conditions improved, brought the big equipment, and fully emptied our tank — without charging us anything extra for the Sunday call or the return visit.
