I had a fantastic experience with Fox Services. Elizabeth and her team were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. They did excellent work on our replacing the HVAC duct system. My husband works from home and stated he didn't even hear them working. How respectful and professional is that. WOW! Communication was clear throughout the project, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of work was outstanding. If you’re in the Round Rock area and need HVAC work done right, I highly recommend Fox Services.

John and Eduardo are an amazing team. Both are extremely professional, left my house cleaner then when they came, and explained every step of the process along the way. They got the job done right, the wiring of my panel looks extremely tight and clean and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend.

Rafael did a great job. He clearly explained what needed to be fixed and walked me through the details of the repair, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to inspect our water heaters and gave us helpful feedback. This was not an easy fix, and I’m very grateful for his hard work, professionalism, and thoroughness.
