FOX THEATER PARKING

Parked here 11/13/25, made sure I left NOTHING visible in my car and left my car here for about 9 hours and came back to the whole lost SHUT down, kind a freaked but someone let me in from the inside and my car was successfully not broken into and neither were the surrounding cars, I got out there no scratch, paid 35$ for daily parking, overall 8/10 for me so happy my car didn't get broken into.

This is the same as Franklin plaza parking. Will post the same review I left there: At least 2 cars were broken into the night I parked for Fox Theater. Not safe, seems to be organized based on event nights. Definitely avoid.

Yesterday I returned to my car to find someone sleeping inside and refusing to get out. "security" was no where to be seen. As I was calling OPD, I walked down to the exit gate "security" to inform them of the situation, and the "security" person did nothing, did not even go with me back to my car to wait for OPD. THEN, once OPD arrived another "security" pulled up to watch and when removing the person and their pile of crap from my vehicle, with crap clearly stolen from other vehicles stated "oh officers, we had at least 2 other complaints of theft today, that might be the thief". I get it, cities are grimy and crime-y. But for what this lot charges and the amount of "security" on site that do nothing, you are just as good to save money and park on the street.

Do not leave car here overnight or believe the open time for the gates. Said to be open Saturday at noon, but we are still waiting and it’s almost 3pm. Called the line and no one picks up. If lucky you’ll be able to reach someone but they have no type of helpful information since the company of security is actually from a 3rd party. Phone numbers are useless
