FVSS has been pumping our tank for over 22 years. ALWAYS with excellent service. We had a problem with our line on a Saturday and Dan can over, found the problem and it was resolved within a few hours. Amazing work ethics for this family business. I would give them 10 stars !!! Recently moved to new home with a mound septic system. Had issue with my septic pump going out at 1am and overflow alarm going off. Called Fox Valley Septic (whom my parent’s use for their septic system and highly recommended) right away in the morning. They took my information and had one of their technicians personally call me back in a short time. When Dan called me back he took the time to have me try and troubleshoot the actual issue. When I still couldn’t get the issue resolved on my own, I called Dan back personally and he was able to refer me to a plumbing company that could help me (Brick Plumbing, who was also awesome). Awesome service!!!! They got here within 45 mins of calling. Our basement flooded and they came to the rescue and got it done less than 2hours!!! Highly recommend!
