Staff seem nice & are helpful. It would be nice for the lighting inside the building to be brighter, to see things better (gives the store a dark/'dingy' look) & for them to have more options with hardware, etc, along with more competitive pricing....as I often have to go elsewhere for other items after I buy wood :). The Yard guys have always been so helpful, don't roll their eyes when I have to grab things right at closing time & are friendly.

I am grateful for the awesome management at our local store. Jim has done a great job updating the store. Jo is always great to work with and so knowledgeable. Thanks for providing for the local contractors.

promotions and discounts are getting to be more and more difficult. Most recently Valspar rebate... Was told in store to check online. Went home and checked online, was directed to the store. Called store, told to go to a specific address online. Went online and in order to qualify for rebate, I had to get a rebate form from the store. Called the store, forwarded to voicemail, when I went to leave a message, was told mailbox was full. IF YOU'RE GONNA OFFER DISCOUNTS AND REBATES, MAKE IT USER FRIENDLY, NOT AN EXERCISE IN FRUSTRATION AND DEAD-ENDS After receiving a response to this review I contacted the corporate office and requested he have the local store contact me, he refused. He mocked me for complaining about a discount. They’ve lost my business!

Was just there. When I entered, half the employees and customers were not wearing legally required face coverings of any kind (one had hers around her chin). Spoke with the manager who made all kinds of apologies, said that of course they were all required to comply and promised to correct it, then promptly went back to his desk. When I left 20 minutes later, nothing had changed. An otherwise good business but irresponsible about public health. Go elsewhere if you can. The response from the company below is understandable. However, it's one thing to post a sign and call it a day and not enforce the rules (in fact, the law in New Mexico). The fact is that there is a rule in place, employees and customers were ignoring it, it was pointed out, and this was ignored by Foxworth manageme
