I can't recommend strongly enough that you stay far away from Foxx Pools by Charles Burger. We contracted a pool build that had an estimated completion date of end of October 2023. When Spring '24 came and our pool still wasn't finished we signed an addendum to the contract stating they had until June 30 to finish all the contracted work. We are now in July, we've been paid in full for weeks, and our brand new pool has chipped concrete all around our pool steps, a concrete surround that is not parallel to the pool edge, a rusting ladder, a rusted underwater light, an 8 inch long wrinkle in the liner, a crooked ladder (footings were not installed the same distance from the pool edge), and anchors for our winter cover with chunks of concrete missing around them among other things. What a terrible experience at this business. I have been purchasing all of my pool supplies for the past 3 seasons here. At the end of last season, an employee made a recommendation to bring our filter in to be serviced in the off season. They told us they would clean and recondition anything that needed to be taken care of. We dropped off the filter on April 28th, 2017, and were told we would receive a call the next day regarding what, if anything was needed and how much the service would cost. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt being that I figured it was a busy time of year for these services. So I called after 2 weeks and no one could even find my filter. They said they would call me back. Another week went by with zero communication, so

And absolutely horrible business! Two months ago I dropped my pool cover off for them to ship out and fix for me. Today I drove by and my pool cover was in the same exact spot where I left it covered in garbage in the rain. When I called them multiple times nobody returned my call, so I showed up to the store to see if the owner was there and noticed my pool cover was moved to a backroom..... upon further attempts to find out what was going on I was told my pool cover was shipped out and they put another one in the exact bin that I brought down. I am on the road that cover to learn it was mine and they had lied to me and let my cover sit out in the rain for over two months and collect their garbage. I will never use this company again and I strongly recommend you do not either

Julie was an amazing resource for us new pool owners. Never having to care for a Pool of our own we were quite overwhelmed. The free water testing and subsequent assistence with how our system worked was very helpful. Thanks for all the support. You have made a permanent customer.
