I don't usually do reviews but these people definitely deserve one. I noticed this afternoon that there was water around my well. I had used this company once before for a repair so I decided to call them again. They originally said they could not come to my house until Friday, but then decided to come right over. They had my well fixed within 30 to 45 minutes and were very reasonable in price. The two men were so very nice and caring. I was so appreciative of their prompt service and professionalism. Don't hesitate to call Francis Well & Pump. They are awesome and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. May God Bless them and their company!

Woke up yesterday morning with no water. Did the little bit of troubleshooting I knew to do. Called Mike at Francis Well & Pump about mid-morning, and before 5 pm we had water again. Amazing! I figured it might a day or 2 w/o water. Replaced a 20 year old well pump 300 feet down in the ground. This father and son team are great folks… honest, quality work, and a very fair price. Thank you Mike and Mike Jr.

The folks at Francis Well & Pump are awesome. I called them and described the issues with my well pump. They came to our house early the next morning and replaced our tank and pressure switch. N less than an hour our water pressure was back to normal. If you I have well issues again, I would not hesitate to call Francis Well & Pump! They were very professional and experienced, not to mention friendly and courteous. The cost for the service and repair was very fair also!!!!

Right before Christmas, we were without water for over 24 hours and as soon as I reached out to Pam Francis (on a late Sunday evening), and Michael was at our door by 9:00am the next morning. They quickly got our water restored, and not only that!! They also changed our filters! I couldn’t believe that both Big Michael and Little Michael did all that work and was finished by 9:45am! They gave us back our water, but they also gave us a sense of relief right before Christmas ❤️ I will always recommend Francis Well and Pump for all of your well and pump needs! They are hard working, thorough, friendly, and most of all - extremely professional. There is no company that provides better service than Francis Well and Pump!!

We woke up one morning to no water. After hours of trying to resolve things myself, I finally accepted defeat. I found Francis Well & Pump on line. Based on all of the 5 star reviews I called. They tried to get to me that same evening, but couldn’t. They called first thing the next morning, came out, and had to replace the pump. It was an amazing experience meeting these folks. Awesome work and amazing customer service. A+++. Thanks again!
