Mike is excellent. He works the cleanest and most efficient of anyone who has ever done work in my house. When he replaced plumbing through a bedroom closet wall there was not a trace of dust anywhere. He has done several things for us and when he leaves, there is no mess, absolutely nothing to clean up after. He is efficient, prompt, courteous, he is excellent.

I had an issue with my heater not working properly. I called Mike, and he gave me a bunch of tips to troubleshoot to hopefully prevent me from spending money on someone coming over to service it. When I needed it looked at, he came right over that day. After discovering that the heater ultimately was broken and needed replacing, he not only gave a fair deal but also came back the next day to install the new unit, in addition replacing some other valves he noticed were in rough shape. Every step of the way Mike was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. He made the entire process as painless as it could be and I could not recommend him enough.
