He took time out of his busy day to satisfy my concerns and even managed to resolve the issue the same day. I was not only surprised, but completely satisfied with the results. In addition, his pricing was great. Frank's knowledge is extensive. his work acumen was spot on, and most importantly his honesty and follow thru on his word was outstanding!
