Removed and installed a new kohler toilet in under an hour proceeds to charge $900.00 dollars with the response “why shouldn’t I charge 900.00 as I am a Master Plumber” !!!!! Never use this company

My furnace line had a leak. I called this "plumber" to replace the pipe. It was in a difficult location, so Kelly said there was nothing he could do. He charged me $125.00 for nothing. A half hour later B&R Plumbing came, fixed the pipe, and was gone in 1 hour. Kelly, choke on the service call. What a waste!

Paul picked up the phone when I called and was here in about an hour. Fixed the toilet which was not an easy job (an object was jammed in there) and everything was back to normal in 2 hours. Thanks Paul!

Frank is so nice and responds right away & my problem is fixed within 24 hours. Thank you!
