Frank Marchand Plumbing

I called my regular plumbers for a shower fix this morning and they told me the earliest they could be there was two and a half weeks. Frank returned my call in a couple hours and said he could be there in twenty minutes. Came, saw and fixed it within 30 minutes.

Cant say enough about Frank and his service. The tank on my hot water heater at my restaurant ruptured this morning. Without hot water you can't operate a restaurant. I called Frank and he was there within 15 minutes. He looked at my issue, drained the unit and said he would return after he went to another previously scheduled appointment. He was back in 2 hours and had the hot water heater replaced within an hour and a half. Great service and quality work.

Frank Marchand has done a superb job of taking care of my plumbing needs for the past 40 years. Most recently he put in a new hot water heater. He’s reliable, quick to get back to me after I leave a message for him, clearly explains his solutions to my plumbing needs, promptly takes care of the problematic issue(s)…..all done with a smile and a sense of humor.

First time customer and very pleased! It was a small repair, but Frank returned my call promptly, arrived a short time later and the repair was completed right away. So courteous and professional! We are fortunate to have Frank Marchand Plumbing in our area.

Frank showed up immediately. Replaced the valves perfectly, explained everything. Most plumbers won't show up for week. Friendly, easy to talk to.
