Frank Noto Concrete Contractor

If I could give zero stars i would. Frank Noto did a 10x10 area of pavers at the end of my driveway and it came out absolutely horrendous. Please check the pictures to see how my driveway was left. When asked why they filled in asphalt holes they made in my driveway with concrete, their response was “well where were we supposed to be he extra material we had?” I had my entire backyard and around the other side of my house done with these exact same pavers by a DIFFERENT COMPANY and it came out spectacular. Not one ounce of extra material was left anywhere. No extra concrete or sand was left anywhere on my property. Real professionals unlike this garbage company. Steer clear folks. You have been warned.

I had a concrete walkway and exterior basement stairs done. Retaining wall on stairs was not formed correctly and was left with a huge bow. Noto claimed this wasn't a problem, and he caked on tons of stucco to mask the bow. The stucco cracked weeks later, he returned, refused to do it the right way, caked on more stucco. Cracked again DAYS later. Again, refused to fix it, and said he would re-do stucco one more, because that's all I paid for. In addition, did the walkway and stairs different days, used different concrete. It's different colors. Customer satisfaction is not his strength! Do not recommend!

We hired Frank Noto to do a curb cut based on NYC department of Building plans. When inspector came we failed inspection because cut was not done according to specifications. We then called Frank and let him know we failed. After him yelling and screaming at us on the phone saying it was correct and they should pass it. Then thE next day he just showed up ringing the bell like crazy. We then showed him in person. He again stated it’s right and there wrong. He then refused to fix it and he just left. We now have to hire someone else to do the job correctly. Definitely would not recommend. Definitely would say 0 stars. 1 Star is way too high.

He's not an honest contractor. He didn't even do work on my house he did work for a neighbor. He hit my car and I have it on surveillance and he won't fess up or pay for the work. He's a liar and very rude. Not someone I would working on my property.

Did pavers for both my houses. Great price and solid job. Definitely recommend.
