My HOA ( I was the Treasurer) asked for an estimate from Frank Seal Coating in March 24 - which never arrived. But worse than that: Mr Francisco Rodriguez, the Owner, heavily damaged my car on my own parking lot in front of my own house when he was leaving with his monster truck. I heard the scratching along my car. I ran out, he admitted, we have it on camera too. His insurance denied payment to my Progressive Insurance because of "lapse of car insurance payment". I had to pay out of pocket $ 500 to get my car back from repair. My Car Damage: $ 3.200. He drove around uninsured in March 2024. Question : does he even have a liability insurance for the business?
