A++++ When I say we got the best service one could ask for it is an understatement. From the time I sent an email to the time my problem was resolved was maybe 45 minutes at most. I was called back fast, they sent a tech to my house and my issue was resolved. Everyone I worked with was super nice and understanding to my emergency. I was lucky enough to have Jim come out to my home for a septic system inspection, cleaning, and to install risers. The work performed was very good and he left the area looking better than how he found it. He is a true professional and very kind person. Second time using this company's service and although Frank Talarico & Son Inc Septic Services were quick to accommodate, offered competitive pricing and the technician was professional during the service, my issues arose following the service. While closing up the lid to the tank, the concrete lid broke. The lid was not damaged beforehand as I had uncovered the tank access. We were made aware of this by the technician explaining that the lid was broken accidentally, and that he ordered a new lid immediately; the cost would be covered. When I received my invoice, I noticed I was charged for the lid. I called to question the additional fee, and was told that the technical was incorrect in his statement and that the fee stands for the new replacement lid. Understanding there may have b
