I reached out to Maynard here at Frankfort Cabinet when I decided I wanted to use Formica for my kitchen remodel! I got his name directly from the Formica company and I have been BEYOND pleased with our choice to go this countertop route! These are NOT your grandmothers Formica Countertops! I was blown away with how simple they made this project! I recommend them to everyone I can!

Overly frustrated repeat customer. First experience great so we had no hesitation doing business again with Frankford. Second experience awful. We were given a date of install and we made plans to travel from our other home to be on-site to allow for the install. They cancelled and pushed it a week citing an unexpected staffing issue. Next week came and went and another reschedule. Repeat for the 3rd reschedule. For the 4th rescheduled install date they didn't even bother to tell us they wouldn't show up, the excuse this time - a big commercial job took precedence. Clearly we are not a priority and Frankford obviously doesn't care or know how to offer good customer service. This will be our last engagement with Frankford. I went in the store with my cabinet measurements for a quote and assistance, trying to use a local business. The person I needed to talk to was not there and nobody else could help. I left my name and number to set up an appointment. That was 2 weeks ago. I've called twice since and haven't heard anything back. Glad business is going good for them.

Semi custom cabinets ordered mid August did not arrive till December. Worst experience ever. Excuse after excuse. Promise not kept. Word given, worthless. Very disappointed. Find another cabinet shop. Ended up installing the cabinets myself after final straw was broken. Avoid at all cost.

This is the second time I needed their services. They initially restored the veneer to side rails to an antique sleigh bed as well as reinforcing the storage bench of a large mirrored, antique coat tree. The owner IS the sales person, providing a friendly and professional interaction regarding my current needs.
