Frank was able to quickly come to my house and diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and before leaving he let me know the part that was broken, both of which were very helpful. He told me the part was factory backordered and so he could not confirm when or if it would be in stock to do the repair. That evening I did a quick google of the part number and found the product in stock and ready to ship on multiple sites, including Amazon. The following day he reiterated that the product was out of stock at his sources. I will let you infer your own conclusions. I ordered the part and completed the repair myself.

I had a really disappointing experience with this service. Initially, Frankie came out to take a look at my refrigerator, got it running again, and I paid a service fee for the visit. However, just a couple of days later, the fridge stopped working again. I called him back, and after a brief second visit, he told me it was probably the control board and suggested I replace it myself to save on labor costs. I went ahead and bought the part, spending several hundred dollars only to find out it didn’t fix the problem. Since then, I’ve tried reaching out to him multiple times for help or to continue troubleshooting, but I’ve received no response. No follow-up, no support, and no resolution. Frank was quick to respond to our text inquiry for our washing machine. As a family of 5, we can’t survive long without laundry! He was able to come look at it the same day, and was back the next morning with the parts to fix it. In less than an hour he had the washer as good as new! In addition to being efficient, Frank is very personable, knowledgeable and honest. I inquired about a couple other appliances that need work, and he gave some DIY suggestions to try before hiring him to fix it. This shows he cares about his customers and their wallets. We are pleased with our experience and would recommend Frank to anyone!

Frankie was prompt and helpful. He gave me some free advice before coming out and was able to come to our house the next day. I didn’t have a reference point to know if his quoted price was for or not but it didn’t seem crazy. He charged $95 to come onsite and that is deducted from a final repair bill, which is a standard fare.
