Franklin Building Supply

I don’t recommend coming here. The service is generally trash unless someone recognizes you as a builder that’s in all the time. I’ve spent well over 200k in the last couple years but I’ll happily continue to drive to the valley and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. A box store and a self checkout is better than the service I get at Franklin. Not to mention the prices are better at the box stores.

I visited the store last week to pick up several items, primarily for my husband, and found myself waiting at the counter for about 15 minutes. During this time, I observed several employees nearby, yet none approached me to offer assistance. This lack of engagement was disappointing and reflected poorly on their customer service. Overall, I left feeling quite dissatisfied with how the store is being managed.

This place gets a bad rap for being the "local framer's" place in town. They aren't a hardware store, but do a great job working with the serious builder. Construction season in McCall is shit, and there is only so much capacity with our local supply. That said, if you are committed so are they. Gals at the counter are a breath of fresh air against the normal customer service in town. Great free coffee to boot!

Great service! They even delivered a small amount of wood to our property 20 miles away. I will be stopping here first when I need more construction materials!

I went to the website to see about materials for a project I'm doing. All the website wanted to do was give me a career or show me how they can make my life better. I just want to look up material so I know approximately what I'm going to be paying. from what I've seen you can't do that on your website. I will take my business where I can do some planning. thank you ,you have a good day
