Still waiting for a call back from your sales people!! Changed my mind due to all the reviews, we used to buy a lot fom here. Not any more!

If I could leave a review without any stars, I would. My experience w this company I hope is one of a kind, but has been negative to say the least. Customer service is NOT priority. The number of mistakes made with my order and the handling of it amazes me. A month in and I'm STILL dealing with it. I'm not one to write negative reviews out of spite. On the contrary, I've given the company ample time to make things right which turns out is a waste of MY time. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I was recommended to this company to purchase new doors there prices are fair. The only thing with this company i took 3 doors to get replaced back in beginning of August up today i still haven't got a call on them . I've called them flew times all they say is we have a machine down and that there back up. And well call you when there done no support for there customers

Dont use this company, I had 3doors replaced that were supposed to be simple and quick, it took over 2weeks and when I showed up to see them, one door had heavy damage done by them (holes the size of golfballs) in a brand new door and when I pointed it out they apologized and said they would replace it, then a week later they said it was ready, same thing I show up and it had damage, holes in a brand new door the size of tennis balls this time, same experience, said "we will fix it" but he looked very annoyed. So I was thinking I my not use them again, but 3months later a client needed some doors replaced so I was like I'd give them another chance, when I showed and asked them if they'd help, they said "No because I was to picky about the doors", how in Gods name am I picky when a brand ne
