Franklin Floors exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service! They skillfully transformed our space by expertly removing very old carpets and restoring the original hardwoods, breathing new life into our home. The whole team was fantastic and perfectionists!

My first ever 1 star review but unfortunately absolutely necessary - BUYERS BEWARE I paid in full for flooring on June 19th that was guaranteed to be in “in no more than 2 weeks” according to Vinnie . When July 1 came the floors did not and it took them 3 days to return my call. When they finally did i was told it would only be about another week, another week passed and nothing, same thing the following week. then he wouldn’t even return my calls when i have been calling for an ETA once a week, finally Diane was nice enough to get me an update, she said Vinny and Joe both confirmed it would be here by 8/21, 8 WEEKS AFTER THEY ASSURED US they would be in, neither man having the courtesy to come to the phone. They still haven’t arrived and won’t return my calls so I was left with no choice

We recently had our floors refinished with Franklin Floors and are very happy with how the process went from the start to finish. Vinnie was helpful with guiding us through the process and giving us information. The crew did a beautiful job with the floors. We appreciate how they took their time to clean up after the job. I highly recommend using Franklin Floors to refinish your floors.

We had the very Excellent installers today 3/14/2024.They came on time ,took out old carpeting in 2 bedrooms installed new carpets, and also removed and installed carpeting on basement stairs.They cleaned up everything and put all furniture back. I would use Franklin Floors again and these installers.Thanks guys. Laura Bini

Helpful staff. Made selecting floor coverings easy. Explained the difference between products. Waiting for the installation date to be confirmed.
