We recently had an issue with a clogged floor drain that was backing up, and we called Franklin Sanitation for help. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Within no time, the drain was cleared, and everything was flowing properly again. They also made sure the area was clean before they left, which we really appreciated. Horrendous communication. Left a hole in my yard, my son and a delivery person almost fell in. When We (myself, wife, realtor, and buyers) called office all we got was attitude from a lady in office who I assume hates her life based on her customer service skills. On top of that they quoted $2000+ for repair job had another septic company that did for $700 (which was more comparable to multiple companies I received quotes from). Growing up in the septic and plumbing industry I understand the industry and there was no excuse for how poor of an experience it was dealing with them.

Franklin is amazing. Roto rooter quoted me 16k for a job and told me there was no other alternative. Franklin and the team came out and were able to come up with a solution that worked better for me. They walked me through the entire process and were extremely professional. Would highly recommend them.

Had an emergency and Franklin was able to come out immediately and pump out my septic tank on the same day. They're quick and professional, a refreshing change from what I usually experience these days.
