I received excellent, compassionate care from every member of Frank’s staff that I interacted with, from Sage at the office to Eric from sales all the way to Salem and Phil who installed my new heater. Friendly customer service and a company that treats clients with kindness and integrity are worth so much & this whole crew made me feel cared for. I cannot recommend this business enough! My new heater is pretty wonderful, too. 10/10!

We had an excellent experience with Frank’s Heating & Refrigeration installing our sauna. Going into it, we weren’t sure what we were looking for, but their team took the time to guide us through the sauna options and help us make the right decision. Their showroom is beautiful and made the entire process easy from the start. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout. The installation went smoothly and the end result is exactly what we hoped for. We’re extremely happy with our sauna and would absolutely recommend Frank’s for anyone considering a home sauna.

We had an excellent experience with Franks. They installed a heat pump to our house. From the beginning sales call to the finish of the project, ALL the folks from Franks were kind, courteous, and helpful. We had several bids for this project and Franks came in at almost half of what others were charging. This was partly do to them wanting to put in four spilts. Eric calculated that we would only need three spilts and he was right! We have had our system for a month now and our house is toasty warm! THANKS
