I can’t say enough good things about this company. The receptionist did seem a tad grumpy the first time I called but after actually speaking with her a little more, she’s actually very sweet and helpful. We had a bad experience with another local company who turned off our hot water (because of a leak) and never called back but Frank’s was able to come immediately to look at it and give us a quote. They set up a date when they could come just a couple days later and showed up on time and performed high quality work. They were very respectful and communicative with us throughout the whole process. They were also willing to work with us on a payment plan, which we were greatly appreciative of. Apparently, it’s not as common as I thought for plumbers to also be able to complete remodel work,

Have always had a great experience with Frank's. They usually get me taken care of quickly and without fuss or hassle. I'm handy enough to take care of a lot of things myself, but when I'm working on other projects or I need something taken care of quickly - this is a great company to have on speed dial.

Keli Loveless is a saint. Very hard working young man that was very knowledgeable beyond his years. Give that boy a raise 😁.
