Frasier's Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling

I’m not normally the type to leave reviews because I know that mistakes happen, but when they do happen, one would hope that a company would own up to their mistakes and make it right. We had a part go out on our furnace back in December and had Frasier’s come out to replace the part. The part was installed and when cleaning around the house the following week we noticed a black soot covering walls, trim, doors, you name it. It was confirmed, that one of the 4 service techs that worked on the unit didn’t thread one of the pieces connected to the pilot assembly correctly, allowing more gas to be released then what the flame could burn. The worst part is we just had the place remodeled and paid a painter $6,000 to repaint the walls white. Now the place has to be repainted because all the whi

Jeremiah B came to replace my old boiler and install a new one. He and his crew were wonderful! Did a great job and nice clean up afterwards.

Jeremiah and team did an awesome job installing a new furnace an air conditioner. They also fixed and improved a few issues with the original configuration. I appreciate how the installation is clean and professional looking.

Zach installed a generator transfer switch system for our home. He was always on time and explained the processes clearly and concise. He was super friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend him and will be considering him for any future electrical services should we need.
