Jeff and his team did an amazing job upgrading our electrical service from 100A to 200A and replacing our main panel. From the very beginning, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. He came out quickly to provide a quote and clearly explained everything involved in the process so we felt confident moving forward. Jeff handled all the city permits, which made the process completely stress-free for us. He was always available to answer questions and kept us updated throughout. Jeff came by and helped me out very last minute. He was very professional and informative during my first phone call. He gave me a quote I felt was fair and made time in his schedule for a visit when it worked best for me. When he showed up he was very polite and walked me through what he would be doing, got it done in a timely fashion without leaving a mess, and even helped me a little bit with some other things around my shop. Jeff was such a big help from calling my home warranty to sign up with them since they couldn't find a technician to take our claim and keeping our quote the same for months. He was very knowledgeable in what was needed to replace our ceiling fan and very efficient. He had the type of ladder needed to do our 20ft ceiling and that we are so very thankful because we tried to find one on our own which we were unable to. Totally recommend him and are happy with his work. Will definitely Call him again when needed for electrical work.
